Recreational Vehicle Parking Registration

Residents wishing to park a recreational vehicle—such as a boat, trailer, camper, or RV—on Mercer Point property must complete the registration process in advance. This helps us maintain a well-organized and secure community for all.

    PAYMENT: $50.00 PER MONTH

    Payment is due on the 1st of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense without notice. The fee will be added to your monthly dues.

    I must provide a 30-day written notice if I wish to discontinue renting a recreational vehicle parking space. I must pay the monthly fee(s) for the final 30 days.

    Set forth in the recorded Declaration of Condominium for Mercer Point Condominium, Page 37:
    (c) Parking Spaces, Garages, Vehicles, and Storage Spaces Neither Declarant nor the Association shall be held liable for any loss or damage arising from theft, vandalism, malicious mischief, or any loss or damage to any property placed or kept in any parking space, garage or storage space in the Condominium or in any area designated by the Board for other parking. Each Owner or Occupant with use of a parking space, garage, or storage space or in any area designated by the Board for other parking places or keeps a vehicle and/or any personal property in the vehicle, parking space, garage, or storage space or in any area designated by the Board for other parking does so at his or her own risk. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree that this is an agreement for the rental of a parking space(s) and is a license only. No bailment is created. I acknowledge and agree that all information is true and accurate. I agree to comply with all state and local parking laws, parking restrictions set forth in the Mercer Point Declaration of Condominium, and the parking policies set forth in this registration form. I acknowledge that my vehicle registration(s) is current. I acknowledge that if I am in violation of any of the regulations, my vehicle will be towed at my expense. I acknowledge and agree that the Mercer Point Homeowners Association, its Board, Officers, and Agents are not financially responsible or otherwise responsible for my vehicle(s) and do not provide security for my vehicle(s) at any time. I agree to use the amenities provided, such as the water, water hose, and electrical outlets, in a reasonable manner.
