We hope everyone is excited about the upcoming holiday and the beautiful weather forecast for the weekend. Your HOA Board of Directors met on Tuesday, and we have some exciting updates to share:
New Team Member:
We have officially hired Rebecca Loehr as our new Assistant Property Manager. She will be assisting Victoria Smith onsite during designated office hours. Please stop by and give her a warm welcome!
Community Updates:
• Pool: New pool furniture is expected to arrive tomorrow, just in time for the weekend.
• Business Center: A new black and white printer has been installed, and our Ricoh printer is now reconnected and operational.
• Clubhouse: The Clubhouse has been refreshed with deep-cleaned carpets, rearranged furniture, and fresh flowers. Stop in and take a look when you can!
• Community Garden Club: We invite all residents, whether seasoned gardeners or beginners, to join our Community Garden Club. For more information, please email Vicki at vicki_hefflefinger@yahoo.com or message 912-344-5057.
• Upcoming Committees: Stay tuned for more information on the Nominating, Architectural, and Social Committees.

Reminders:
• Georgia state law prohibits tethering dogs. Please do not leave your pets tethered and unattended.
• POOP Patrol is in full force. Please be responsible and clean up after your pets.
